WHAT WE BELIEVE
TRUE REPENTANCE
Repentance dismantles the barriers raised by sin, serving as the inaugural step of faith wherein we acknowledge our wrongs, confess them before God, and resolutely choose to abandon them. To welcome the Spirit of God into our lives, a repentant existence becomes imperative, as echoed in Matthew 4:17.
WATER BAPTISM IN JESUS NAME
Jesus himself emphasized the significance of baptism as an integral facet of the new birth journey (John 3:5, Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:16). This sacred act holds the transformative purpose of cleansing sins and necessitates complete immersion in water, specifically administered in the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38).
THE GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
The gift of the Holy Spirit, pledged by Jesus to believers, is evident in the promise of John 7:38-39, Luke 24:49, and Acts 1:5. Its initial manifestation is speaking in tongues, as seen in Acts 2:4, Acts 2:33, Acts 10:45-46, and Acts 19:6. This sacred language serves as a transformative connection between humanity and the divine. Embracing this gift requires asking, believing, and aligning with God's Word, as underscored in Luke 11:13, John 7:38-39, and Acts 5:32—a promise of empowerment, guidance, and communion with the divine.
THERE IS ONE GOD
There is one God, who has revealed Himself as our Father, in His Son Jesus Christ, and as the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God manifested in flesh. He is both God and man. Deuteronomy 6:4, Ephesians 4:4-6 Colossians 2:9, 1 Timothy 3:16
